How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the brand. In some cases items may ship the same day, while unforeseen delays could extend the shipping time. Order transit times are between 4 to 6 business days. On average, your order will arrive within 5 to 8 business days. If longer delivery times apply, this will be clearly noted on the product page. Do you offer free returns?

If your item is defective, we’ll take care of the return shipping cost. For all other returns, such as change of mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be canceled for a 100% refund as long as your order has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately via email at support@infinitewellnesshub.com.

Once an order has shipped, our 30-Day Returns Policy will apply.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We highly recommend carefully inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or item(s), please note “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing. If you are unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect there may be damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt before signing.

How do I place an order?

To place an order online:

  1. Select your preferred product and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and billing details, and complete the order.

To place an order by phone, call us at 844-490-1488. You’ll receive an immediate order confirmation, and we’ll begin processing your order right away.

How do I know when my order will ship?

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, a follow-up email will provide tracking information. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you within one business day via email.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. We recommend saving or printing the email for your records. Please double-check your email address during checkout to ensure you receive all notifications.

Do you charge sales tax?

As we are based in Delaware, we do not charge any sales tax. This means significant savings compared to other retailers.

Can I change my order?

You can modify your order, providing it has not shipped, by contacting us via email at support@infinitewellnesshub.com or by phone at 844-490-1488. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly, either refunded to your card or invoiced for payment.
