Refunds & Returns Policy
At Infinite Wellness Hub, we strive to make your shopping experience worry-free. That’s why we’ve created a simple and transparent Refunds and Returns Policy for your peace of mind.
Return Time Frame
You can return items within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this time frame.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Returns Process
- To begin the return process, please reach out to us via email at support@infinitewellnesshub.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) to the correct address.
- Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- All product returns must be completed via mail.
- For returns that relate to damaged or defective item(s), we will provide you with a return label via email. Simply download and print the label.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days from your date of purchase to return it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will need to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the item cost, minus the original shipping fee and restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective
We highly recommend carefully inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or item(s), please note “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing. If you are unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect there may be damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt before signing.
In the event your item(s) arrive damaged, rest assured that we are here to assist you.
Please email clear photos of the damage along with your order number to support@infinitewellnesshub.com, and our team will promptly assess the issue and provide you with a resolution.
Exchanges
We offer replacements only for items that are received in a defective or damaged condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and advise if your return was approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Restocking Fee
For all change of mind returns, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
