  • We currently offer shipping to the lower 48 states of the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • 6:00 pm Monday - Friday (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Orders placed after order cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Order Transit Time

  • Order transit times are between 4 to 6 business days.

Order Delivery Time

  • Order delivery times are between 5 to 8 business days.

Freight Shipping Delivery Details

  • Many of our orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers. If your order includes freight shipping, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time.
  • Please ensure the phone number and email you provide at checkout is accurate so the carrier can reach you.

Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your order has been received and your payment was authorized.
  • Your credit card will only be charged once the item has shipped, unless it is a backordered item that requires prepayment to secure it.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, typically within 1 to 2 business days, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you require a change to your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and our team will be glad to assist you.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, we’re here to help make the cancellation process quick and easy.

  • Orders can be canceled for a 100% refund as long as your order has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately via email at support@infinitewellnesshub.com.
  • Once your order has shipped, our 30-day Returns Policy will apply.

Damaged or Defective

We highly recommend carefully inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or item(s), please note “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing. If you are unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect there may be damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt before signing.

In the event your item(s) arrive damaged, rest assured that we are here to assist you.
