• Orders placed after order cut-off time will be processed on the following business day.

Order Transit Time

• Order transit times are between 4 to 6 business days.

Order Delivery Time

• Order delivery times are between 5 to 8 business days.

Freight Shipping Delivery Details

If there is any visible damage to the packaging or item(s), please note “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing. If you are unable to open the package at the time of delivery but suspect there may be damage, please write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt before signing.

Return Time Frame

You can return items within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this time frame.

Return Shipping Costs

• If your item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Returns Process

• To begin the return process, please reach out to us via email at support@infinitewellnesshub.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) to the correct address.
• Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• All product returns must be completed via mail.
• For returns that relate to damaged or defective item(s), we will provide you with a return label via email. Simply download and print the label.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide you no longer want the item, you have 30 days from your date of purchase to return it, exclusion apply. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will need to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the item cost, minus the original shipping fee and any applicable restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

For all change of mind returns, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
